Anderson Hunter maintains a niche municipal law practice that focuses primarily on Washington special purpose districts. The Firm’s clients include port districts, public facilities districts, sewer districts, and emergency services dispatch entities. The Firm also serves as special counsel for municipalities and other larger municipal entities that need assistance from outside counsel for various matters.

Our general municipal law practice involves in-depth expertise on a wide range of municipal matters, including but not limited to: open government (public records and open public meetings), intergovernmental agreements, utilities regulation, procurement, employment and labor relations, general business, real estate, ethics and conflicts of interest, and risk management.
